Find that load! Search functionality is a critical aspect of all online applications. That’s why this app is designed for robust but easy searching for a specific shipment or a set of similar shipments. Use the Search box to enter relevant text. (If you want to be even more specific, you can use all the usual advanced search terms employed by Google and other search engines, such as + and quotes.) Narrow your search using Reference Type if you are looking for a specific BOL, PRO, or other type of reference code. Very large shippers can choose how many search “finds” are shown on the page. Isn’t this a lot better than sorting your entire shipment data base or creating and running database queries?

Prevention is the best medicine. Few things in business are worse than when your customer (or your boss) knows you’ve got a problem before you’re even aware of it. Here is an app that will help prevent those phone calls asking “what happened to the shipment I was supposed to receive today?” It allows you to instantly see any loads that are running behind schedule including pickups not made, delayed or lost in transit, rejected by the consignee, and so on. You see current status information throughout the life of a shipment, and you can filter the data in a variety of useful ways. If a shipment is behind schedule, you will be the first to know about it so you can cure the problem proactively – before the customer calls.

Yes, eyes and ears can sometimes achieve what fingers on a keyboard still can’t.

View Shipment Status
Unprecedented visibility to your loads. This is truly a power app for delivering your critical reporting needs related to visibility of shipments. For example, all the loads that shipped within a specific date range or that belong to a particular customer group that you can create. Or select by direction of movement (inbound/outbound/3rd party). Want to only see what hasn’t delivered yet? That is just a check mark away. You can even sort the results in various ways – for example by customer or pickup date or zip code. Click on Detail to review all the specifics of the load, view the BOL, rate confirmation, POD, and other documents. In each case, the search results show up almost instantaneously and show you the latest status of each load, no matter which carrier it moved on. There is no longer any need to browse individual carrier websites for this information … you already have the same information they have, all in a single report.
